Cant Download Powerchute software... broken links in website

seriously the website is slow and hard to navigate.

I like APC products but pls improve your website. Also cant seem to download the powerchute software

Did you make it to http://www.apc.com/tools/download/index.cfm and choose Software Upgrades - PowerChute Personal Edition?

Yes that's the link. The final "Download now" button adds an uncentered transparent overlay over the page and there is nothing to click. It doesn't work in IE and Chrome.

The account page is also not working:

You are trying to access an area reserved for our reseller partners, please click your back button and go to the Support Tab to access other areas of www.apc.com.

I had to come here to download PowerChute in emergency because the dang battery wouldn't shut up with that deafening sound and I have to say the experience was bad enough that you can be sure I won't buy another APC product to replace this one.
