I have tried to configure the settings of NMC2 using HyperTerminal
The procedure should be below: (Am I right?)
1. Type apc / apc (username/password)
2. Type command 'tcpip -i 10.68.10.2 -s 255.255.255.198 -g 10.68.10.1'
3. Type command 'tcpip' to check the configured settings.
4. Type 'Yes' to start the reboot
After rebooting, I visited http://10.68.10.2 then type apc/apc to login.
After login, I clicked general > network to con the ipv4, submask and gateway.
I found that the default gateway is 0.0.0.0 not 10.68.10.1
Could someone can help me to resolve this issue?

Hi,
Please review this knowledge base article on this topic -> http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&country=ITB〈=en&locale=en_US&id=FA171016
255.255.255.198 is an invalid subnet mask. If you have truly entered that for your subnet mask, then that is causing the problem. 255.255.255.192 is valid. I was double checking for sure @ http://www.subnet-calculator.com/ to validate.
Your general steps are accurate though.
