Cannot uninstall PowerChute BE - The PCBE Agent uninstallation has not comp

Hello,

I have just uninstalled PCBE version 9.0.0 to upgrade to next version (Agent, Server and Console).
Now I cannot reinstall as it keeps telling 'The PCBE Agent uninstallation has not completed. Please reboot and run the installation again'

No way I can uninstall. My platform is Windows 2008 R2 SP1.

I have read there is a manual uninstall procedure, can you post it somewhere?

Please check your PM. I have sent an instruction on how you would remove PCBE on your system.

I'm having the same issues and I followed the instructions on this website below but it didn't work. Can you please email me instructions gti-waterloo@glenbriar.com. Trying to uninstall and reinstall PCBE on SBS2003.
