Cannot reset username and password
I have 2 AP9630 NMCs and I cannot access the NMC through the web interface or directly through the console. I follow the procedures for resetting the account and password to the defaults (apc and apc) and I can reset the account information but once I exit out of the console interface the new account information that I setup does not work. I tried from the web interface and the console interface but the new account information do not work and the default account information (apc and apc) does not work. I have shut down the UPS and reseated the card but that does not resolve it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

are you using the user -an and user -ap to reset the user name and password after you login with apc/apc afterwards? the reset procedure only temporarily resets the card back to the defaults of apc/apc and then you have to use the user -ap and user -an commands to reset them and save them to what you want. after doing that, you need to reboot the card as well with the reboot command.
