Hello,
During the commissioning of an SURT 15kVA, the inverter always tells me "No batteries are connected"or that all batteries are in place with the sector and the UPS is able to passed on battery
Thank you in advance

Hi
Thank you for your reply
To begin, my setup includes a standard UPS battery and an extension Battery Pack
To answer your questions:
1 / When exactly does this message come up?
The messaage appears from the beginning, just after the PowerView is started.
2 / How often?
All the time
3 / Are you also seeing a red LED on the battery pack? If so, what is its state (e.g. solid, flashing)?
For red LEDs, they light up well early and then they go off, as it should.
