Cannot register PCNS 4.0 to an Smart-UPS SRT 6000
Hi,
I have install PCNS 4.0 as an virtuall appliance, and are trying to connect it to an Smart-UPS SRT 6000.
But I cannot get it to accept username and password when registrering PCNS to the NMC.
I have verified several times that the username and autentication passphrase matches, but I only get "Security information for xxxx is incorrect. Please check that the PowerChute User Name and Authentication Phrase match the Network Management Card."
In the log on the UPS i cannot se any failed attempt when trying to connect from PCNS, I have also tried giving false credentials manually through my browser and then a failed login attempt pops up.
The log file on the appliance gives the following error when I try to connect from PCNS setup "ERROR pool-1-thread-34 com.apcc.m11.components.StdPowerSource.NMCComs - java.lang.SecurityException: Control set could not be authenticated"
