Hello, I have the following problem:
I have installed PCNS on a Windows 2012 R2 server.
During the configuration I provide all neccesery (and double checked) info to connect two APC's but I keep gettting this errors:
192.168.1.228
Security information for http://192.168.1.228:80 is incorrect.
Please check that the PowerChute User Name and Authentication Phrase match the Network Management Card.
192.168.1.229
Security information for http://192.168.1.229:80 is incorrect.
Please check that the PowerChute User Name and Authentication Phrase match the Network Management Card.
Login names are default; apc/apc and I changed the Authentication Phrase to a new one with 16 caracters both numbers and capitals
I also tried it with the default Authentication Phrase: admin user phrase, still no luck
Any ideas to get this stuff working??
Peter

Peter,
You should reset the NMCs to defaults with the exception of TCP/IP info and then reboot the cards (see screenshot below). This will reset the user name, password, and authentication phrase. Once the NMCs reboot restart the PCNS service on the Windows system. When PCNS restarts it should connect to the NMCs.
