Using the Silentinstall it has installed the software under a SilentInstall.ini directory under %TEMP%. It will not run it will not unistall and it will not let me install over it. I have tried using RegMon and FileMon to determine how the setup knows it is installed but have had no luck. I have 4 servers in this condition. Of course, I need to get this resolved yesterday. 😉
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Below is from the Install.log from the SilentInstall:

You would have to call in to the support queue @ 800-800-4272 to get the registry keys needed. If you explain the situation and the fact you just need to perform a manual uninstall for Powerchute Network Shutdown, it shouldn't be a long call. Hopefully it works out for you.
