When trying t upgrade AOS manually, through Windows cmd FTP client I get stuck on the following message:
"150 File status okay; about to open data connection."
And then it just sits there forever like this.
I'm trying to upgrade to AOS v3.7.3 and SUMX 3.7.2 from v3.5.5-v3.5.5
Same problem on 3 other Matrix 5000 UPS devices running with AP9619 (but already on AOS v3.7.3)
I have tried 2 different computers.
Why is this happening?
Thanks!

Hi Alek,
I see this behavior when the FTP data port is blocked. Port 21 is used by the FTP server but port 20 is used as the data port. Is it possible that port 20 is blocked by a network or PC firewall? Could you try to disable any firewalls temporarily or maybe try from another PC?
