This UPS has been in the box stored for about a year. I finally racked it and plugged it in but it won't power on.. It seems to be completely dead. The battery is is plugged in and the unit is as well but I still cant seem to power it on no matter how long i press the power button.. I'm not getting any lights what so ever. Can anyone help me with this?

Batteries are almost certainly dead. SUA models do not power on without good batteries. Replacement [RBC24 battery packs can be found here|http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=RBC24].
