Can't Installing PowerChute Personal Edition on Windows 11 23H2

i have unplug and plugin the "USB" port again from UPS and have sound popup but can't find devices in Window11 64bit winver 23H2. also try to download "USBDevice" program to check it still can't find name "American Power..." what have i done wrong or what should i do next?

The program said "

The Installer is unable to locatee the battery backup connected to your PC. In order to disable native power management. an American Power Conversion Battery backuup needs to be attached." ....

"I already attached and have sound that PC saw new devices connect"

so what should i do Thanks.

Open the control panel and go to devices and printers. Is the Back-UPS listed?

If it is not that indicates the system is not discovering the UPS or does not recognize it as an APC UPS.

i already try to find it in my device also looking for a way in reddit but still have not saw a solutions, btw i have saw on APC website about that program support only window10 ? and i still don't know how to fix this out. please help >< just wanna setting auto shutdown when out of home.

i haven't seen it and i try to contact support with Microsoft they said the program support only window 10. So i don't know its true or not. So how could i do 😞 i just wanna have that program for setting in my PC

What is the exact model number of your UPS. You will find the information on the bar code sticker on the back or bottom of the UPS.
