I have connected to the Card locally and can ping the IP address as well as telnet to the machine. I have tried the Default username and password and they did not work. We then reset to the default by hitting the reset button twice. The Default still won't work though and we have tried the process many times. Any thoughts on what we could be doing wrong or a way to fix the problem

is it still saying invalid username and password? or is there a different issue now?

so you are saying the password reset procedure didnt work? please make sure you are following the instructions [at this link|http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7879/]. you want to make sure that once you reset the password on the device that when you gain access, you access the system menu->user manager and save your changes. if you don't the password change wont reset.
