Can Powerchute Business Edition monitor two UPS's on the same server?

Hi,

I have an old Smart UPS 700 via serial and a SMT750 via USB on the same computer. When I installed PBE 8.5, it only sees the SMT750...

Another issue, the SMT750 shows its ups status and battery status as "error". Nothing on the display shows this. Any ideas?

Did you download the right version of PCBE? [This version|http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=SFPCBE851] is designed for the SMT750, and the [8.5 version|http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=SFPCBE85] you downloaded is not compatible with the old SU/SUA units - the description states "SMX, SMT, SURTD Units Only." You'll want [version 8.0.1|http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=SFPCBE801] for that.

However, I'm not sure how you plan to monitor them both on the same server... I don't think it will let you install 2 instances of PCBE on the same computer.

I recently purchased the SMT750 and installed vers 8.5.1 Business Edition software. When I restore computer from sleep mode, the SMT750 does not recognize the computer. It will only recognize computer if I do a restart. I have Win 7.0 64 bit Pro. Is there a software revision in the works to correct this?
