Battery : DLA3000RMT2U
Hi I have 14 production servers running!
Can I replace battery without turning OFF UPS Power and loosing power supply to my servers?

Hi,
Yes, you can do a hot swap on the battery on this model. Just make note that when you remove the battery thats in there currently, the UPS may start flashing the replace battery light and make a beeping noise, which is normal since you are removing the battery and it isnt detected it.
Also, be advised that if during this time frame while you have the battery removed, if the power is lost to the UPS, it will turn off since theres no battery.
Below for your reference, is an excerpt from the manual and I attached the manual to this post (of APCs version of the Dell DLA3000RMT2U which is SUA3000RMT2U) as well just so you can reference if you need some written proof that it is hot swappable before you proceed.
Replacing the Battery Module
The UPS battery life differs based on usage and environment.
This UPS has an easy to replace, hot-swappable battery module. Replacement is a safe procedure, isolated from electrical hazards. You may leave the UPS and connected equipment on during the replacement procedure.
