Hi,
The procedure is documented in the PX operation guide. Page 16 on the PDF (10 on the actual document)

Matt,
Is this just the 80k symmetra or do you also have a PDU (with Q1, Q2, and Q3 breakers)?
You can put the UPS into bypass via the Control screen on the LCD menu on the front of the UPS. If you have a PDU, you can operate the Q breakers to wrap the power around the UPS (in case of maintenance). The "safe to operate" lights come on and off below the Q breakers to let you know you can flip those switches without dropping the load.

Place the UPS into bypass via the powerview display.
Wait for the bypass light to go on, then flip Q3.
To take it out:
Flip Q3 back down, wait for th Q3 light to go out, then take the UPS out of bypass via the Powerview.

Yes it has a PDU with Q1, Q2, and Q3. I was hoping to find a step by step guide from APC, showing what to enter on the LCD on the unit, and what switch to flip & when. I have written a guide for our maintenance personel in case I am not around, but Im not sure my procedure is 100% correct.
Thanks,
-Matt
