Brand new and even replacement SU3000RMXL3U constant beeping when turned on

I plugged in a new SU3000RMXL3U and get a constant beep sound although the LED shows as online and battery able to charge to 100%. Called APC and they send a replacement and am getting the same constant beep with the replacement. What could be the cause of this?

No troubleshooting other than asking "is there any alarm indication on the front panel of the UPS". When I reply with "no, battery LED is online and no alarms" tech puts me on hold for 10 minutes and then issue me an RMA.

One other thing, when I gave them the serial number of the original UPS, the guy reply with some name and company from Arizona and I'm from NY.

I will call support again. Thanks for the reply.

Hmm, was the original unit purchased from APC?

Yes, it was. They will send me another unit and said this time will send me a new one.
