Battery replacement info for Smart-UPS 750

Hello, I received a 'Battery replacement' alert for my APC UPS from Schneider Electric. I haven't set any specific time schedule for battery replacement, so could you please clarify what criteria are used to determine when the battery needs to be replaced? Also, what is the standard timeline for battery replacement according to APC's recommendations? The UPS was installed on December 2022 and the alert came after only 2 years.

The operational service life is stated as 2-5 years which is based on usage, temperature, and environmental conditions. The system incorporates a very crude internal counter / timer. One is defined based on some fixed value which is depending upon the system offers a pre-alert.

This pre-alert is to allow the person to order the appropriate RBC and replace the same. Other systems have a hard replace now value and once in this condition the battery cartridge must be replaced / repaired. If the system completes a (Self Test) and (IF) this test fails to pass this indicates various metrics have not been met.
