Battery loses directly 40 percent capacity
Hello,
we have installed a new APCRBC133 in our SMT1500RMI2U but it seems not to work properly. If power fails and the UPS switches to battery the battery loses directly 40 percent of its capacity and the calculated runtime is totally wrong.
I assume that the new battery is not healthy, or could there be another reason?
