This is event log of UPS Symmetra PX 80KVA after installation intelligent module by RMA. What do I do?

hello. this could be multiple issues such as a battery monitoring board, faulty communication cable, or a failed XR communications card. Without the logs from the intelligence modules (which a field service engineer could obtain), it's tough to say for sure.
Contacting your local support team to work through this with you might be your best option since it is not necessarily only one possibility. They can also determine if you're entitled to any service or parts under a service/warranty contract.
