Hi, we have an issue with our Smart-UPS SRT 8000. The batteries were replaced just last year but it never updated the replaced battery date. We changed the replace date recently via the NMC and the UPS self-tested just fine. However, though the status shows as “OK” the Health shows as “Battery lifetime exceeded”. It now emails alerts to me every few minutes. Is there a way to reset the health?

Support contacted me a couple of times then stopped responding. I updated firmware and sent them logs. I don't think they could come up with an answer.
