I have 3 Backup UPS systems reporting 360+ minutes of battery time. These have one regular tower and maybe a monitor. The box on the 550G said 43 minutes.
Anyone had a similar issue? a solution ?

Sounds like your load is exceptionally low. I wouldn't worry about it. I am not sure about this particular system, but you may be able to do a run-time calibration test to check it out.

Good day to you. Joe is correct, the runtime of the UPS showing in powerchute might be inaccurate due to low load. At least 30% load should give you a much better runtime. May I know how much load is connected to the UPS?
