Hi,
PowerChute Personal Edition (PCPE) will only communicate with 1 computer at a time. To shutdown a second system if you understand scripting you could run a command file that shuts the other computer down. Schneider Electric does not official support scripting PCPE however one of our other customer did post instruction on how to do it Powerchute Personal Edition - Run external commands with this utility
Your other options would be to use Windows Native shutdown and script that. See Kbase FA159653 http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/faq/
The other option is to install apcupsd which is a 3rd party application that can be scripted.
