Hello, is it possible to calibrate the autonomy from the smartconnect.apc.com website?
If yes; from which plan?
Thank you

None of the APC Smart Connect published articles state whether the battery calibration is available in the Standard / Advanced Plan as seen here:

I suggest you contact APC Technical Support in your region to confirm. Regardless, a battery calibration should only be performed while on site. And only once a year during a lights out / grid down validation tests. It is also done when the battery cartridge is replaced.
As doing so will allow the system to more accurately reflect the operational runtime based on the attached load.

Thank you for your answer. Actually my question is about a UPS connected to a proxmox server. I can't (I don't know how) install powerchute on it and so I don't know how to do a calibration test or make the server shut down once the runtime limit is reached. So I was wondering if I could solve the first question by going through smartconnect...

You’ll need to login to Smart Connect and see what the options are for your subscription as it relates to battery calibration - if available.
You should search the Proxmox forums to see what others have done to virtualized Power Chute and report back what the solution is / was. As I’m sure the information will help the next person asking the same.
Personally, business critical applications should always be installed on bare metal. Virtualized / Containers simply add more complexity and always cause unforeseen problems down the road! 🤦♂️
