Auto shutdown for servers on APC UPS?
I've got three windows 2008 servers running on a SMART-UPS 1500. I am also using the PowerChute business edition 8.1. Everything works perfectly except for the servers being able to shutdown when at the login screen. The only thing I've been able to turn up in my searches is [This KB Article|http://emea-en.apc.com/cgi-bin/emea_en.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=9045&p_created=1201110924...] but that isn't exactly a work around in an IT environment. I mean this sounds like a it could be a pretty big flaw if power goes off and on a couple times in a period before an administrator has a chance to log a system back in ( who leaves a server logged in anyways? o.0 ) just so that the apc can shut it down properly the next time.
