At least one faulty battery exists.
Good Afternoon.
I have struggle when my UPS suddenly give notifications from front panel the "replace battery" indicator is light on with red color. then i did Self-Test and it said "self test failed" also with "At least one faulty battery exists". after that i did runtime calibration to make sure the battery condition and it gave notification "runtime calibration refused due to UPS capacity less than 100%", but i check in Status menu battery capacity is 100% and power backup works properly, it's really confused how to turn off "replace battery" indicator. Please check my screenshot and photo's of my physical UPS in attachment.
