I keep getting very frequent disconnects on BOTH UPS cards below:
Product: X-Slot Industrial Gateway Card
Vendor: Eaton
C/N: indgw-x2
P/N: 744-07538-00
S/N: G318M48505
FW version: 3.1.8
HW version: 0
Host address:****
MAC address: ***
Time (UTC): 2024-01-15T09:55:24Z
TimeZone: Europe/Paris
Location: *****
-- Monitored device ----------------------------------------
Product: POWERWARE 9155
Vendor: EATON
FW version: 2.12
The port errors on the switch port they plug into are all clean so I do not suspect any duplex issues... no errors at all on switch level. Any ideas?? Both UPS network cards disconnect from network about 6-8 times per week for seemingly no reason.
Thanks

Powerware is not a Schneider Electric product. You should post your question in the manufactures site.
