Folks I have an SRT1000RMXLA-NC with a network card. My UPS was disconnected for couple of days. Now I power it back on, and dont get any power on the power output sockets on either bank. Do I have to do something else to restore the power output

What does the LCD indicator show for the two outlets?!? If there is a line across both outlets this means they are off and the system will also indicate *Output Off*.
Press OK -> Control -> UPS -> Turn on immediately. You should hear a couple of relays clicking affirming this action has been invoked and activated.
The same can be done using the NMC. Let us know what you see and observe on the unit along with any error logs / active faults from the NMC.

Thanks a lot Teken,
I did something similar, but only one bank was powered on. Not both. I will test it again and let you know.

As a gentle reminder you’ll want to confirm the unit isn’t programmed to keep one or more outputs off during restart / reboot.
The system can also be programmed to turn off the output for load shedding to extend the runtime of the UPS.
Insure the system is programmed as needed for your environment and use case.
Let me know what you find either way! 👍

Teken,
Thanks a lot on that input. I will check what my UPS is programmed for.
