Hi
I have 2 SmartUPS 3000's with AP9619 management cards in.
When an alert hapens on the UPS (say going onto battery) it send an email. I want to be able to add some text to the subject line of these emails, is this possible?
Thanks

There is no way to edit the content of the e-mails sent out by our Network cards. They are hard coded...all you can edit is the format length (long/short), etc., basically what is available in the notification and e-mail menus.

Yes, most wireless carriers have email-to-sms gateways. For example, if you use verizon, you could email your_number@vtext.com and get a text message that way. [This wikipedia article|http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMS_gateway] contains a list of such gateways and their email addresses.
