Dear,
My customer has one Smart-UPS 10KVA XLI, they has bought it for about 4 years ago and that ups has one battery cabinet added, the load is 37% (according to web management)
Now, they want to add one more battery cabinet SURT192XLBP.
I have a question: Do I have to calibrate that UPS after I attach one more battery cabineet?
BTW, Do I have to do anything else for it can have exactly runtime?
Sincerely,

Yes, you'll need to make the system aware of the new battery pack via the UPS Network Management Card that should be pre-installed in the UPS.
Also, I would suggest that if the internal UPS batteries are more than a year old, you consider replacing those as well because older batteries in the UPS could damage newer ones you connect to the system by adding an SURT192XLBP. Mixing batteries of different ages is never a good idea.
You don't have to calibrate the system but you do need to add qty 1 to the battery back count via the management card. Only then if the runtime is completely inaccurate by reviewing a runtime chart (Extended Runtime Options) would I pursue a calibration of the entire system.
