AVR word and System faults flash with no error code
Hi to all,
Last night I felt the smell of burning on my BR900GI (APC Back-UPS Pro 900) unit, there was the word AVR and the "System failure" icon flashing, I proceeded to turn off the unit and disconnect all cables. This morning I tried to turn on the UPS and not from error signals or anything else without cables connected, when it connects to the electrical network the word AVR and System faults start flashing again but always without error codes, what can I do?

Hi,
I suggest you contact local support for assistance. the unit most likely should be replaced and if it is still under warranty local support will provide a replacement.
Local support contact information will be found at this link.
