Hello,
I'm currently using ATS model AP7723 with firmware 3.0.5 that source A connect to APC UPS1 and source B connect to another APC UPS2. I set up configuration as default configuration. The problem is ATS always automatically change source A to source B and source B to source A. During this change, some of my servers had alarm power supply failed but another network devices were still ok. I also manually switch source A to use source B for testing and some of my servers still have alarm power supply failed again.
This problem is very critical for me. Please kindly provide some solution for this issue. Thanks you very much for your help.

Okay, your event counts are quite high, a lot higher than what I'd expect with an ATS provided input by a UPS.
I'd recommend you review that article I linked earlier and compare it to your settings and also check the thresholds on your UPS. Also, I suggest you review the UPS log files at the time of the ATS events and see what is going on with the output of the UPS at the time the ATS is thrasing and switching.

Hello,
What are the models of the APC UPSs feeding Source A and B? If they are larger UPSs, you may want to check any voltage/frequency slew rate settings on them.
Also, can you give a screenshot of the "Event Counts" screen from the web interface?
Lastly, I recommend giving this a read and making some setting changes accordingly to help with this situation and then observe ->
