Hi all,
I got an issue on one of my ATS. Yesterday, our building was testing their power, and suddenly few servers had been rebooted.
Those servers are connected to the ATS, and there are two power source are connected to it.
One is from the building, and another one is from my UPS.
I checked inside the UPS, it's running low usage, and the battery is fine, all servers which connected to the UPS have no issue.
The problem is on the ATS. Then, I logged into the ATS and check, I found the following:
10/17/2016 | 18:18:00 | Automatic Transfer Switch: Redundancy has been restored. Source A is available. |
10/17/2016 | 18:17:51 | Automatic Transfer Switch: Fault cleared on Source A. |
10/17/2016 | 18:17:44 | Automatic Transfer Switch: Fault exists on Source A. |
10/17/2016 | 18:17:27 | Automatic Transfer Switch: ATS has lost redundancy. Source A is not available. |
Source A which is from the building, and it failed to fail over to source B
Model Number: | AP7721 |
Hardware Revision: | 01 |
The ATS didn't reboot as well, the up time is over 180 days,
Anyone saw this issue before?
Thanks,
Edwin

Hello Edwin,
I am sorry that you are having issues with your ATS.
We do not do a lot of troubleshooting typically over forums, but I can give you a few thing to get you in the right direction. Please take a look at our k-base document FA156201.
Also, we always recommend that both sources of the ATS be UPSs, since there can be short power blips. Also, what ATS do you have?
Thanks,
Shanon
