Solved: APC software/firmware download links doesn't work "The login request was denied"

Hello all,

I'm trying to download "Network Management Card v6.5.0 complete firmware executable for Symmetra 3- Phase UPS with AP9630/31",

and "Network Management Card v6.5.6 complete firmware executable for Smart UPS with AP9630/31/35"

But it keep telling me that The login request was denied

Is there an alternative place to download ? perhaps special credentials needed ?

Sorry for the inconvenience. If prompted for user name and password you can use jupiter as the user name and Pl@n3t#5 as password.
