APC's In-Row cooling system not working ACRP102 since installation

Dear Sir,

We have bought two pcs of APC's In row cooling system for the new datacenter.

One of the units outdoor unit FANs don't rotate at all. We are now going to replace the kits and hope the problem solves.

But for the second unit have irritating smell and switches off automatically when turned on. what can be the problem of the second unit?? APC local distributor said it's b/c the unit is working under capacity and is normal. We suspect that the compressor unit is not working. Please advice on this!!

D'abord il faudrai verifier les branchement de l'alimentation électrique du condenseur

pour le compresseur vous pouvez savoir s'il fonctione il faut juste verifier les pression quand l'unité est en marche
