Wondering if this is an easy answer,
Just replaced 3 dead batteries in the XR1 Frame of this UPS system and it still shows as vacant batteries. Do I give it more time its been over an hour or how long does it take to show up? Do I need to do a reset?
Just ran a UPS Self test and it passed,
The UPS did register the new Charge and Run Time numbers,
looks good on that end. Thank you for the help!

1 out of 3 are now showing OK status because of MIM reset,

which symmetra 16k is this? the beige unit or the Symmetra LX? where did you get the batteries and how did you replace them? open the module and replace individual batteries or replace the entire module?

LX
Refurbish batteries, in which the individual batteries inside the case, I am assuming this means the whole module... they are encased in a frame and therefore replaced 3 module out of 7 because they were dead.

i'd see if you can confirm for sure what was replaced and from where - did they open the case and replace the individual batts or get a entirely new SYBT5. it would definitely help so we can see what's going on here.
do you have the serial number off of the refurbished module? the first few digits? something like QD0234?

ok, i guess i misunderstood when you said "modules." sorry.
What slots on the right hand side are the units that are not working in versus the ones that are? did you have a case number or ticket # from support so i could take a look and see if there's anything else we can try?

well, each IM does manage some of the batteries. that could be an issue. you should have replaced the entire SYBT5 module and not just batteries inside of it since the SYBT5 has intelligence. if that was not replaced, it could cause a similar issue.
