Hi,
we got an used UPS from another department since they got a newer one. However if i connect my serial cable
to the ups the credentials
USER:apc PW:apc
are not working. According to the documentation on page 14 (https://download.schneider-electric.com/files?p_File_Name=ASTE-6Z8LUC_R11_EN.pdf&p_Doc_Ref=SPD_ASTE-...) this should be the right credentials.
I tried to reset
the Network Management Card (Model 9619, one time 7 seconds, the other time 30 seconds pressed) but the credentials are still not working.
How do I reset it? Or are the default credentials different?
I would be glad if you could help me out on this one.
