APC Smart-UPS RT 5000VA 230V: Going from 110v single phase to 220v single phase.
I am doing work in Saudi and we moved UPS from one bldg to another. The first one was wired to 110V single phase while the second bldg to 220V single phase. The way is wired at the old site is (and this is at the wall outlet) the L1 is hot, neutral is L2, and a yellow cable for ground. We have the same configuration in the new building except that we only have L1 for hot, L2 is ground, and no neutral. By the way I'm using a NEMA L14-30 Plug. What would be the correct wiring structure arrangement in the UPS for this schema?
