Hello,
We have around 900 Smart-UPS 750s in our estate across various shops and running PowerChute 9.1.1-604 on these.
We are configuring the install, then going to the website to check the UPS Load, and via the Data Log.
Some site we are seeing a constant load every 20 mins, ranging from 3.9% -> 5.9% which is what we would expect as we are running just 1 small load server of this.
Some sites, they are reporting 0.0% load all the time, we've physically checked these are they are setup as follows;
Power from UPS into Mains Socket
Cable from UPS into Single PSU Server
UPS/Serial Cable to Server.
Why would they be showing 0.0% all the time? The batteries show 100%, a self test passes and there is VAC, VDC and Hz values being pulled back.
Regards,

Would you happen to have the model number of the UPS? Have you checked if all of them have the same firmware version?

The model is Smart-UPS 750.
Firmware is showing as UPS 08.3 / MCU 14.0 (18-10) is there a way to update firmware if required from the web gui?

For firmware upgrade information see Schneider Electric FAQ FA279197
https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA279197/
Have you checked to output status on the UPS via the LCD panel? What the LCD panel is displaying is what should be displayed in PowerChute.
Note: PowerChute version 9.1.1 is old. We are now shipping version 10.0.5.
