RT 3000 Smart UPS

Hi. I have a Smart UPS RT 3000 SURTD3000XLI. When I switch it on there is a relay clicking constantly. I can see the cooling fan starting and stopping with the relay operation. It will do this for approx 5 seconds then stop. The lights on the control panel will also flash during the relay operation. I have a done a reset by disconnecting the 240 volt supply and the batteries and holding the "on" button for 10 seconds. Battery volts are ok. It was running. I shut it down to move it in the server rack then this happened. Can someone help please?

By any chance @RxTech, is there a network management card installed on the UPS, or is it being monitored by PowerChute Business Edition?  If you have one of them installed, kindly share with us the log files so that we can investigate further.

Yes there is Jonpro however now when I go to energise it, the UPS trips the circuit breaker.

I think my device is terminal.

If it trips the breaker even with no load attached, there is a possibility that there's a problem with it.
