Hi, this UPS is showing no earth on a fluke mains tester SM100 when on battery power, is this correct? On mains supply in, it is normal showing correct earth bond.

At all times the UPS is bonded to earth.

Hi,

You will have ground but will not have neutral. When the UPS switches to battery hot and neutral are broken to prevent back feed. We have Kbase FA156549 that discusses this issue.
