Does this unit support additional battery packs for longer runtime ??
If so what is the model# of the pack and how many can I daisy chain off of it ?

Unless your model is an XL, it will not support external battery packs. If you can get the exact model of the UPS from the white sticker on the back, I can let you know. But, based on the fact where you got "Smart-UPS 3000 RM" from, I am going to say it is not an XL because it would usually say Smart UPS 3000 RM XL if it was an XL unit.

It does not help since unfortunately this type of UPS cannot report its exact model. But, as I mentioned, I am 99.9% sure that based on the fact it does not say Smart-UPS 3000 RM XL that it is not an XL unit and won't support battery packs. Before you actually went and bought anything or gave up on it completely, then I'd check the back of the UPS to verify and be 100% sure.
