I have a Smart-UPS 2200XL with an AP9617 network card. It is running the most recent firmware I could find AOS 3.7.3 and SUMX 3.7.2
The issue I am having is that after installing new batteries The unit appears to be functioning normally the batteries indicated that they were charging and as they did the battery level indicator lights increased accordingly.
After they batteries reached 100% charge I performed a runtime calibration and the battery level drooped down to 0% within less than a minute. I repeated this several times with the same result.
I have confirmed that the batteries are good after placing them into an identical unit and running through the same process and getting over an hours worth of runtime from them.
Does anyone have an idea of what might be wrong with the first unit and how I might fix it?

No problem. If that does not work, I have an additional instruction I can provide.

Hi,
Can you make arrangements to do a manual runtime calibration (option 3 at the link below)?
