I've got an AP9630 Network Management Card installed in an APC Smart-UPS 1500 unit. I cannot configure the card through the front control panel as no settings show up that allow me to do so. Where the network cable connects to the NMC, all it does is flash an amber light quickly and consistently in the bottom right-hand corner if there is no network cable connected. I believe this is the Status LED. If I connect a network cable, the light on the bottom left lights up solid green. I believe this is the Link LED.
I read a thorough post at Solved: Access Problems with AP9630 - Schneider Electric Community (se.com) which leads me to believe that I may have one or more corrupted files on the NMC. I've ordered a USB to 2.5mm cable but wanted to post here for confirmation that I am on the right track. Please let me know if I can provide any further information, or if I should consider this NMC beyond repair. Thank you.

I followed the link in my original post and was able to get the AP9630 NMC back up and running again. It was a corrupted file and loading the latest firmware using the serial-to-2.5mm cable through XMODEM and TeraTerm did the trick. Not sure that I have the ability to, but this thread can be marked as closed.
