Nope, i already claimed for warranty ( for the 2nd time ). Hard reset will temporary solve the issue.

Hi Gavan
Just for the update, during firmware update a error was encountered. kindly see the attach screenshot. After few retry..update was successful from version 0.9 to 1.0. Hopefully the 0uF error will no longer be a issue.

Sorry I'm not on the UPS hardware-side so I don't have any details on the issue I just know the update was released to fix it.

I have a SRV1KI and recently I got his error too, In my case I bought a new power supply to upgrade my system going from a 850 watts to 1000 watts power supply system usage is well under 420 watts at load maximum. So when I tried to boot from this new corsair RM1000x supply the APC SRV1KI went into Bypass mode ( for the first time) and would not shutoff I had to press the main button for a few seconds to reset. Its been working fine with my OLD 850 watts supply which is also Corsair RM850x. LED display showed 0uF and code was 114? what is this code and why is the ups acting up when I trying to boot from a new supply while old one works, its only an increment of 150 watts and the load is not even applied. Also did this when "only the supply was connected without any equipment attached".
Is this Firmware necessary for this fix? what really is this 114 code , it said on top to check manual and there isn't any information about it in the manual.

Hi @BillP is there any chances i can adjust the Contrast of the LCD Display for SRV? As of now its too hard to read the display. No instruction in the user manual.

Go to the settings menu and adjust the output from 230 to 220 or vice versa according to your input voltage and restart the device. Error 114 and 116 out

I thought this would help. I encountered this problem around a year ago.
My SRV3KI would beep "Battery BDC" <bDC> from time to time and would resolve itself automatically waiting 10 minutes. But there is an "FAQ" page that gives gives us an update to this <bDC> issue
The said links : -
Easy-UPS reports bDC <Battery Disconnected> | Schneider Electric Philippines (se.com)
But after updating to this firmware, my SRV3KI experienced a more serious problem stating error 0uF 114 randomly with all protection OFF. Nothing can do until SRV3KI restarts, and it would 0uF 114 randomly again next time.
So I found this post, and downloaded this file before the links are dead, and it fixes the 0uF 114 error, and so far no more random <bDC> problems. For those who seek for the file, luckily I have backup, if I was right, the firmware will update SRV3KI into firmware version 1.0 "36-002287-06s1".
Btw, just my advice, if something is going wrong with your UPS, take it to authorized service center to check.
I attached the file again for somebody who needs it.
