APC SMART VT 30KVA UPS won't start

hello 

I have 30 kva Smart VT UPS  and it was dead about 6 month ago. I have checked inside fuses and connectors are good. 

What is the problem that it won't start. Fans don't run and teh display is totally dead.  any help please 😞

Yes, they are OK. I have new alarm, the unit can not transfer to on-line. it is always in bypass. it said external maintenance bypass is closed but actually it is opened.

can you please guide me whats wrong with it?
