Hello,
I have an interesting issue I hope somebody talented can help me with. I work within a rack lab, and we have a lot of different PDU equipment. These are organized in different subnets according to the needs.
On one of these 10.1.1.0/24 subnets we have almost exclusively APCs (1 unit is not, and is working fine). These IP's should route between our companies gw's. At one point of time, all APC 7941 went offline to our snmp polls (though pinging regularly). Upon inspection, all units seemed ok, nothing really changed to the environment.
I've tested network connectivity from the PDUs, and I was able to ping gw 10.1.1.1, but not able to ping outside of the subnet from these units. If I disconnect/reconnect only one of the PDUs, all PDUs go back to normal, and are available, and routing outside. However, this solution degrades within a dozen minutes.
About half of this subnet are APC 8xxx units and are working fine at all times.
I'm out of ideas here, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,
Would you be able to share your event logs and config.ini files? for a few of these units?(feel free to message them directly to me if you don't want them publicly posted). When you say disconnect/reconnect one device, are you saying that removing one device from the network, making no configuration changes and putting it back on the network resolves the issue for a matter of minutes?
