APC NMC AP9619 - please help finding SYMMETRA LX 1-phase application firmware

Hello,

I have a Symmetra LX UPS SYAF16KRMI and I'm trying to run it with an

AP9619 Network Management Card

Problem is card is reporting through COM port interface that a UPS is found,

but its not supported by the application currently installed/ firmware application on the NMC/

According to this compatibility matrix, it should be possible to run that card with the UPS:

Unfortunately I can't find such SYMMETRA firmware anywhere to download....

Any help is highly appreciated...

Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query.  We've seen this issue when the wrong firmware is loaded on the card, since the NMC is installed on a Symmetra Single-Phase it should be loaded with the SY firmware.

Keep in mind that the AP9619 belongs to the NMC1 family and is already obsolete.  Luckily, I was able to find the firmware that would work for you.
