APC NMC AP9619 firmware upgrade to v 3.7.2

UPS --> Power Chute --> Configuration --> Maximum Required Delay

After firmware upgrade I'm unable to set it to "Force negotiation" i click on apply and it turns back to X minutes dely.

Does anybody else have simmilar problem?

WOW, Thank you buzz.

You solved ALL my problems.

This "PCNS Shutdown timeline" should be on first page in ALL APC manuals.

Now I understand shutdown process in APC devices 🙂
