APC BK350EI shuts down during backup in 43 minutes!

Hi everybody.
Why does the APC BK350EI turn off after approx. 43 minutes when backing up the electrical network?
When I turn it on manually with the button, the UPS runs again on the battery for 43 minutes!

I use it to back up the heating - 13 watt circulation pump, 
and the UPS should back it up for at least 6 hours, with a 7AH battery

I join the question.

APC BK350EI only works for the stated time -- 43 minutes withut electrical or after a hot start.. It is impossible to set the desired settings and mute alarm via PowerChute.

In this case, it is not possible to make settings via the PowerShute. I tried to configure the UPS using the following versions - PowerChute Personal Edition 1.5, 2.0, 2.1.1, 3.0, 3.0.2. 3.1. Only version 1.5 and 3.1 showed settings for the UPS. The other versions listed did not show the settings.  All versions showed the model and serial number of the UPS, the remaining battery time.

So in the Configuration of v. 1.5 and v.3.1 I can set/change the settings to work as long as possible, and also turn off the alarm - but in fact both do not affect the UPS APC BK350EI. PowerChute cannot mute alarm too. 😞

PowerChute Serial Shutdown v1.3 does not see (cannot find) this APC BK350EI model at all.  This surprised me a lot because before that I had configured with Serial Shutdown v1.3 another model of Back-UPS 350 CS without any problems. Unfortunately I don't remember the exact modification - i.e. I'm not sure if it was BK350EI.
