APC ATS AP4423
We just fix an ATS to have redundancy to our incoming source as we had a bad experience where the UPS just died out of the sudden. The ATS is fed power from a UPS in source A and from the wall in source B. We notice the ATS has been switching from source A and source B and vice versa. I believe it is due to difference in voltage and frequency. I saw in the Configuration tab there is a Frequency and Voltage Configuration. Can guide me on what is the best configuration settings I should set based on my current figures. I attached my ATS event and data log for your review. Thank you.
